- Many people know of the term "Hater" and may have used it themselves at one point. I came across this conversation on Youtube which struck me as very true in regards to both opinions that were stated. This is a conversation regarding video games and the role in which "gender" plays against violence.paperboy204 @HarpoTheVillain dude... what do people want? violence! if ya really like this game good fer ya... but fer me its really girly... and dude im doing ya a favor ya will quit this game fer 2 or 3 months... freedom of speech... i dont like girly games coz i dont want to meet and only socialize to girls ONLINE, i do it like all normal people do parties and bars... so here ,,|, 19 hours ago
- HarpoTheVillain @paperboy204 If this is what you consider a 'girly' game, then you obviously haven't had too much experience with the opposite sex.
Now, blood and gore is not what makes a game entertaining, given you don't have weird compulsions and an urge to see violence and people getting hurt. The reason Super Mario games are still good is because they're genuinely great games designed with colorful ideas and skilled direction.
Never use games to prove your sexuality. It's not how it's supposed to work. This HarpoTheVillain provides a very valid point and I completely agree with what he is saying. It was very intriguing to see what these "Haters" have to say and the responses in which they generate from the community. Here is the link where i found this conversation. It was for the game Dragonica Online.-Ernest Chung
